Zaid Aideed — a son of Garissa, Kenya, born in the 21st century — proudly embraces his Somali heritage, his Kenyan roots, and his American upbringing. His journey across three worlds shaped a perspective that is global in outlook yet firmly grounded in African identity.

With that foundation, Zaid Aideed started Hoyoo Group on a belief that guides everything he does: “If we as Africans don’t fix Africa, then who will?” His vision goes beyond profit. It is about creating opportunities, solving real challenges, and building ventures that strengthen Africa’s future.

Through Hoyoo Group, Zaid Aideed is creating companies to tackle problems across sectors, each one designed to bring solutions where they are needed most.
